1. Service Overview
Sarthway Logistics is an on-demand truck booking digital marketplace. The platform facilitates instant matches between shippers needing cargo movement and independent mini-truck driver partners or fleet owners. Sarthway provides dispatch technology, live GPS tracking, and coordination services only and does not operate as a direct carrier.
2. User Responsibilities
By using Sarthway Logistics, you agree to: Provide accurate pickup/drop addresses and cargo weight during on-demand booking. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs. Refrain from loading illegal, hazardous, or contraband materials. Honor confirmed driver bookings to ensure driver partner availability.
3. Platform Role & Liability Disclaimer
Sarthway Logistics acts solely as a technology marketplace connecting shippers and verified vehicle drivers. Sarthway Logistics shall not be held liable for cargo damage caused by improper packing, transport delays due to road conditions, or unannounced driver cancellations. Trip pricing is calculated transparently based on distance and vehicle category.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Sarthway Logistics platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, software, and text, is the exclusive property of Sarthway Logistics and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Cancellation & Penalties
Once a load is confirmed, users are expected to honor the commitment. If a load owner cancels or refuses a confirmed load without a valid reason, Sarthway Logistics reserves the right to impose penalties as per its internal policies. Repeated cancellations or misuse may result in suspension or termination of the user account.
6. Suspension & Termination
Sarthway Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts platform operations, without prior notice.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kutch (Mundra), Gujarat.
8. Amendments
Sarthway Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
